Growing general contractor based in downtown Rochester is looking for a skilled Construction Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. Candidates with relevant experience who are currently employed in a similar job are preferred and strongly encouraged to apply. The position offers potential exposure to both the estimation function, where costs and project knowledge are critical to preparing successful bids which bring in work, and the project management function, where oversight and coordination of day-to-day construction activities are critical duties. Within these areas, we have the flexibility to customize a role for the right candidate that is best suited to your skills, aptitude, interest, and experience. Applicant should ideally have knowledge of construction and general contracting, be able to read drawings, be proficient with computers, have great communication skills, and have polished customer service skills. Proficiency with Sage 100 Contractor, Sage Estimating, Planswift Take-off, and MS Office software knowledge a plus.
