We are seeking a full time veterinary assistant to join our team! We are a busy small animal veterinary clinic, offering all levels of care from vaccines to surgery and more. We are a very team oriented, dedicated, family environment, and we strive to provide excellent veterinary care and customer service.
Our veterinary assistants are responsible for communicating with and educating clients on basic health care, filling medications, restraining patients, medical record and invoice entries, cleaning, and other responsibilities. Candidates must be able to work in a team environment with a positive attitude, be able to physically restrain animals, lift up to 40 lbs, and stand for long periods of time. Multi tasking and working under pressure is a necessity. Experience is not required but is preferred. We can train the right person to do the job.
