Position Summary: Provide administrative support for all activities related to CPRG's payroll, keeping payroll processing timely and accurate, as well as providing relevant information to the appropriate people.

Primary Responsibilities:Â

Review payroll submissions for accuracy.

Compare payroll totals to POS reports.

Track commission pay across all businesses

Adjust specific payroll items each week for better reporting.

Adjust overtime to reflect blended overtime for multiple pay rates.

Manager reimbursements from and to businesses.

Create bonus checks, when requested.

Create Contract Labor checks each week and monitor related W-9s.

Coordinate with managers to correct all payroll issues before submitting.

Upload payroll imports into Quickbooks Online & Enterprise.

Monitor payroll clearing account balance in Quickbooks Online & Enterprise.

Email weekly labor reports to Finance Director.

Create journal entries to adjust tips in Quickbooks Online.

Help with end-of-year 1099 submissions.Â

Employee Programs Management:

Create cash advance checks and setup deductions in payroll system.Â

Monitor advances to ensure repayments are made in full.

Coordinate with HR Manager concerning insurance deductions.

Audit deductions vs. payments for insurance policies.

HR Data:

Coordinate with HR Manager to keep information in payroll system up-to-date.
