Watauga Butchery is expanding and looking for an experienced, detail-minded Asst. Head Butcher, or a Meat Cutter, looking to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment. This unique and exciting position will work with only the highest quality locally pasture raised animals, under the direction of a Head Butcher in a USDA inspected facility. Position has the opportunity to play an important role in special Shipley Farm events. Meat Cutter certification or experience required.
