With a focus on Tenant Improvement (TI), Buildouts, and Ground-Up projects, we're expanding rapidly and require dedicated professionals to fill the role of Traveling Construction Superintendent.
As a Traveling Construction Superintendent, you'll be at the helm of daily operations, overseeing everything from ground-up construction to remodels and CAPEX work. Organization is key as you take charge of site supervision, schedule management, workforce coordination, safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and quality control measures. Familiarity with project management tools like Procore™ is required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
-A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent, particularly on Tenant Improvement (TI) and/or Ground-up projects.
-Proficiency in utilizing structured project management tools (e.g., Procore, BuildIt).
-The ability to assemble and manage manpower effectively to meet project demands.
-Demonstrated proficiency in blueprint interpretation and adherence.
-Strong leadership skills to guide teams through various construction tasks.
-Competence in daily site supervision, schedule management, workforce coordination, safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and quality control measures.
-Familiarity with business applications such as MS Office, MS Teams, Procore, Zoom, and PC literacy.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Experience as a traveling superintendent.
