Billing and Payables (Tar Heel NC)

National Transportation company seeks Accounting Billing and Payable person due to expansion in

NC business hub. MS Office and computer skills along with the ability to communicate with company staff locally and nationally, and our vendors are a must.

Prepare and submit customer invoices

Code, post and receipt payments

Check, verify and process payable invoices

Sort, code payable data

Analyze all charges

Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies

Perform filing and general administrative tasks

Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors

This is a full time position working at our Tar Heel NC office (16491 NC Hwy 87 W).
