Locally owned and operated property management company is seeking a full time Showing Coordinator for growing office. This is an entry level position with room for advancement. Applicant must have a clean driving record and should be extremely organized, computer savvy, proficient in Microsoft office, able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and be quick learner.
Job description:
Showing properties to perspective tenants
Preparing flyers for properties
Preparing leases
Copying/Filing
Answering the phone and returning phone calls
Communicating with tenants on balances, complaints or repair requests, etc.,
Scheduling appointments for showings
Sending collection documents to third party collection company
Organizing multiple calendars
Help with marketing projects
Other general office duties as assigned.
