Real estate/ construction company/ staffing company is in need of a professional, qualified bookkeeper. This person needs to be:
1. Quick books savvy and have worked on quickbooks for at least 10 years
2. Knowledgeable of the construction industry as well as some real estate knowledge
3. Able to do accounts payable, accounts receivable, have a knowledge of pay applications, change orders, certified payroll, paying employee taxes, ACA and overall being in charge of the company finances
4. A certified notary (this is a must)
5. Ethical and honest
Yes, we keep running the ad because we already have one great bookkeeper working and we are now in need of a second. Our company is expanding and we need more qualified people. This particular position is for a full charge bookkeeper to oversee all aspects of our accounting office.
