Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking energetic, outgoing, and talented people to join our team in Durham, NC. Servers and Hosts at Firebirds are friendly and attentive, customizing the dining experience to meet and exceed the guest's expectations. They are skillful at anticipating and taking care of any need for any guest. We are proud of our genuine warm smiles and engaging service focused on teamwork and a fun, friendly environment. Many of our Host staff become the next generation of servers!
Guest Assistants pair with the servers and hosts to ensure guests are being seated promptly at an immaculate table, drinks are always full, and guests every need is met. Now that's hospitality! Our team members are one of our most important stakeholders here at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. And as such an important part of our brand, we ensure that our team members receive extensive training and development, are continuously set up for success, and feel that Firebirds is a place to call home.
Job Requirements:

Prior restaurant experience is preferred
