I am preparing an exit plan so I can retire within the next few years I want to transition the company over to someone who can keep the company alive and provide me an exit plan I am looking for a current landscape installation foreman who is capable of running their own companycome work with me and prove that you can be successful with this company and we will negotiate an earn in or buyout arrangement I am looking for a hardworking wholesome person who needs no supervisionwho works very hard and takes pride in the quality of their work. In exchange we pay well, you are treated with respect and we provide a wholesome work environment with no drugs. This company is extremely profitable (six figures) for only having one crew I am just getting ready to retire and relax.
We are a family owned business that focuses on providing high quality service to upscale residential customers in Cary, NC. We are the highest customer rated landscaper in our area. We install plants, prune, mulch, and etc but we do not mow. Mowing is a vacation compared to the work we do.
Requirements (you must be able to do the following things correctly and efficiently):
-install trees and shrubs
-install mulch
-prune shrubs
-drainage
-great with customers
-I can teach you the business side of the company.
-drivers license and clean record
-must be able to pass hair follicle drug test (urine tests are easy to cheat)(a little herb outside of working time is a personal choice but nothing else will be acceptable)
-SOLID REFERENCES
-ability to show up on time everyday
In simple terms I am looking for someone that I do not have to train, is not on drugs, can stay out of jail, shows up every scheduled day on time and works hard all day long. Believe it or not from what I have seen in this industry I am asking for the impossible candidate but if you exist we both just hit the lottery.
