Searching for a Prep Specialist for daytime hours.
The right individual with the proper skill set may choose to work 1 to 5 shifts a week, depending on their needs.
Position requires experience in a high volume establishment and the ability to work well with others in a fast paced environment while maintaining a clean station. Experience on kettle is preferred.
Attention to detail, communication, quality of production, high energy level and teamwork are critical.
The ability to memorize preparation specifications and maintain high standards is required.
