Our office has grown, so we need a second team member in the business office. Qualifications are minimum 3 years dental-specific business office experience (not medical or general office) in the past 5 years.
You will have an edge up if you:
1. Are knowledgeable with Eaglesoft dental software.
2. Are cross-trained as a dental assistant.
In addition to having a strong self-starter work ethic, and having time management & organizational skills, the employee must be outgoing and cater to the patients, and also seamlessly integrate with the team in order to create a positive-energy work environment. The office has a vibrant, cohesive and happy feel, and our Google and other reviews support this.
In addition to having excellent people skills, the ideal applicant should have verifiable experience with both non-network dental insurance and the adjustments inherent with PPO network insurance, plus experience with Eaglesoft. Knowledge of how to set up Coverage Books in Eaglesoft is a plus. However, if an otherwise ideal applicant does not meet all these criteria, we are willing to train.
Employee hours are M-Th 7:45 to 4:30 (up to 5:00) with a 1-hour lunch. See DistinctivelyDental.com for office location and other information.
