Job Description:
We are conducting interviews to find a quality childcare and household assistant for our family.
We are seeking an energetic, organized, health conscious and fun nanny that is eager to grow with the family. The caregiver will work part time. There is a considerate flexible schedule, generally, 12-14 hours a week. In this position, the primary responsibility will be to provide nurturing supervision for our 12-year-old. The role of the nanny is to provide oversight, motivation and assistance to stay on task and complete school work. Occasionally, the caregiver will have to transport the child to activities and functions outside of the home. The vehicle is provided.
In addition, the person in this role performs various tasks such as grocery shopping, and running errands. Approximately, 12 days throughout the year, the parents travel. The assistant would be required to stay in the guest suite and care for the child on those extended days.

Candidate must have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record. A thorough background check will be completed. Candidate will have to complete a drug screen. Desired Qualifications:
5+ to 7 years of experience
Caring for 1 child at a time
Graduate degree
First Aid Training, CPR Training
Cooking/Meal Preparation, Laundry, Grocery Shopping, Errands, Carpooling, Light Housekeeping, Crafts
Child Care
Occasional school pick up and drop off
Corresponding with outside vendors and maintenance repair personnel as needed
Feeding cats and dogs
Lifting and bending, standing during shift
Ability to read and follow directions
Emotional intelligence
Good communication skills
Creative
Basic math skills
Reasoning ability for effective decision making
Additional Information:
Compensation: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
