This onsite position is responsible for generating graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertising, & marketing, that support the overall marketing strategy. Previous experience working in automotive advertising is a plus. Must be familiar with standard concepts, best practices, and procedures within the field of marketing and advertising. Will work directly with Marketing Director on a daily basis to provide support, direction, and design for ongoing and special projects. A great deal of creativity and latitude is expected. We need a team player that is able to work with multiple departments while also being an independent contributor. The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-starter who thinks strategically and creatively with the ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and effectiveness and creates, contributes to, and coordinates the development and design of marketing materials. Must be able to design and produce art and copy layouts for visual communications media, including (but is not limited to): collateral, branding, identity, packaging, retail scape and large format graphics. The ideal candidate will also be able to manage intellectual assets (trademarks, copyrights, etc.), model releases, stock images, and usage rights within the various automotive brands of the Auto group. BFA in Graphic Design or Advertising work experience is needed. Must be proficient in InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Keynote are a plus.
