LEASING CONSULTANT - RESIDENTIAL
Heron Springs Apartments
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all tasks related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals.
Duties include:
Touring prospective residents
Qualifying prospects
Leasing apartments
Completing lease documentation and move-in paperwork
Assist in maintaining a positive relationship with current residents
Quality control of vacant market-ready suites
Resident Services
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Sales or leasing experience is a plus
Friendly customer service-oriented professional
Able to work flexible hours including weekends - REQUIRED
