Ideal Candidate:

- Basic-experience with Windows-OS
- Basic-experience with computer-networking (I.P. addresses; Network-drives; Internet-Gateways; Permissions; Shared-Folders)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Adobe and processing PDF-files
- Familiar with features & characteristics of laser-printers
Basic Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face support and remote support (via phone and computer) to customers
- Assist Customers with New Installations & Hardware-replacements
- Trouble-shoot customer issues and problems
Job Description:
Provide Onsite & Remote Technical-support to BOE offices using our BOD-systems.
Compensation:
- $22/hr.
- $.52/mile reimbursement (when using personal-vehicle for travel)
