I am currently seeking IRR Soldiers to fill vacancies in Army Reserve units. If you are a Soldier in the IRR, there are still many different incentives and benefits available to you. Currently there is a 24 month Mobilization Deferment, Accession Bonuses, and MSO Reduction authorized for Soldiers who qualify, vacant positions where you can change your MOS or apply for Direct Commission or Warrant Officer. For Officers, there are vacant Staff and Command positions available.
