Property Management Team (Couple) for 39 unit subsidized apt. Bldg. in Kennedy Heights, Cincinnati with highly respected Prop. Mgmt Co. EEOC employer. Must live on site, 2 Bdr Apt with all utilities provided. Property is independent living for developmentally disabled residents. Office Manager must be computer literate and have office skills, certified COS and HUD experience a plus. Maintenance member of team must have apt. maintenance skills. Both members must be willing to work with developmentally disabled individuals. We are willing to train both members. TEAMS ONLY!
