Multi-family apartment tower seeks eager and energetic addition Property Manager.
Property management company seeks individuals excited and dedicated to grow as professional property managers. We currently have opportunities available for individuals with some prior property management or leasing experience who are willing to embrace being trained in our systems of property management. This is an excellent opening for candidates seeking to reach the next level of property management in a supportive and team oriented environment.
Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. Our company promotes a cooperative and supportive environment; therefore, a friendly and outgoing attitude is as important as experience.
The property managers duties would include, but are not limited to, collecting rents, making deposits, leasing units and renewing current leases, general office management, and overseeing work order management as well general make ready oversight and maintenance.
Prior experience in these roles is not necessary as our company has an extensive training program; however, a deep commitment and desire to embrace the learning process is mandatory to succeed with our company.
The current position will be at our newest property just North of Downtown Cincinnati.
In addition, candidates must have the following:
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Strong organizational and task management skills are required.
Knowledge of Federal and State fair housing laws as well as familiarity with Civil Rights laws is preferred.
Strong proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
Proven ability to efficiently and successfully complete several tasks on a daily basis.
Proven ability to follow directions and complete assignments by a deadline.
Experience in marketing and showing apartment complexes and units is a plus, but not necessary.
Knowledge and experience with Propertyware software is a plus, but not necessary.
