We are an indirect lender specializing in below prime loans secured by automobiles. We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Collector. The candidate we seek is self motivated, reliable and dependable, has the ability to manage the work flow, has excellent communication skills, and can properly manage and collect a portfolio of delinquent auto accounts. Computer skills are needed primarily in Microsoft Office Applications, and in the ability to quickly learn our in-house receivable tracking software application.
Responsibilities include:
- Contacting and collecting delinquent accounts.
- Maintaining accurate reporting and records.
- Identifying potential loss accounts.
- Recommending appropriate actions to management on accounts.
- Transmitting accounts approved for repossession to repo agents.
- Required Sale notices.
- Reports for management.
- Compliance with all collection laws.
Experience in the field is preferred, being bilingual is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience. Opportunity for advancement with a growing company. We are an equal opportunity employer.
