Insurance restoration/construction company seeking production manager. Supervising 6-2 man crews and production assistant, coordinating sub-contractors, ordering materials, communication with customers, heavy computer work (Excel, Outlook, Xactimate, Alacrity). 40+ jobs active at any given moment, large losses up to $150K per loss. Most of our staff are long-term employees as well as our subs. We run our office old school, so you will need to learn our way of doing things. The ideal candidate would have insurance restoration experience and a vast knowledge of all phases of construction and materials. (Candidates that have the most hands on construction experience will go to the front of the line.)
