Action Door is seeking a candidate to join our team as a service manager.
Action Door has become the leading company for garage door service and installations in Northeast Ohio. We have grown to over 70 employees, operate from 3 offices, and dispatch over 60 vehicles daily to serve all of Northeast Ohio!
We Are Busy! and currently hiring at our Brooklyn Hts. location.
Key Tasks or Requirements Include:
Lead, train, and motivate team to achieve revenue goals while providing market leading customer satisfaction
Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the right technician is assigned to the right job
Provides project proposals and estimates to the customers
Builds relationships with vendors, customers and subcontractors to ensure projects are performed successfully and within regulatory guidelines
Assure timely billing for all projects and issue purchase orders when necessary
Minimum of 3 years garage door experience
