INTERVIEWS 3/12-3/15Job Description: -The Pharmacy/Member Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting the pharmacy/member call center functions of the company-Troubleshoot pharmacy issues where they will have to deal with members, providers, and pharmacies-Walk through various parties (pharmacies, members, and providers) about issues they are having and help find the best possible solution-Follow up from issues to make sure everything is resolved-Answer questions about various company products (dealing with calls from the pharmacy, providers, members, etc.) Shift:Training Schedule (4 weeks): 8:30am-5:00pm - cannot call off during trainingPermanent Schedule: shift between 7am-10pm Pay:During contract: $12.50/hr.Upon Conversion: $14.50/hr.
