Job Summary:
Managers will assist in all job functions that contribute to the successful operation of Max & Erma's. Specifically, managers will assist in coordinating and overseeing restaurant operations, including customer service, employee development/relations, food production and administrative requirements.
Job Duties and Requirements:
Specific job duties and requirements will be discussed with interview candidates.
Required Experience:
A minimum of 2+ years experience as a restaurant manager in a full-service dining environment within the last 5 years
Must have detailed and diverse food, bar and beverage experience
Must have working knowledge of restaurant POS system operation (Aloha preferred)
Must have experience with internet software, spreadsheet and word processing software
Restaurant financial (i.e., P&L) experience and knowledge is required
