5 Openings: 1st Shift Assemblers - $13/HR - WilloughbyHours: 7:00AM - 3:30PM18 week contract-to-hire30 Minute Lunch, (2) 15 Minute BreaksPay: $13.00/HRInterview: Friday at 9:00AM - Group Interview/TourWill start on Tuesday 3/19/2019Job Description:- Receive written and/or verbal instructions from supervisionReceive work orders, and manufacturing informationPackage parts as per customer requirements per methodsRead information for operation and assembly/ packaging requirementsSelect and set-up tooling in jig to assemble various sizes of fittingsInstall inserts into Tooling as per methods per size and material.Assemble fittings together using Tooling and InsertsGauge assembled parts using plug gauges and verniers in accordance to posted methodsVisually inspect work piece for defects as per posted methodsStrip down tooling, and set up for next work order based on production supervisor/planner priorityPackage fittings according to Packaging methods in conjunction with Customer Specific RequirementsPerform routine auxiliary operations such as sandblasting components to remove discoloration or for weld preparation.Qualifications:Good communication skillsDetail OrientedStrong Motor Coordination, Finger Dexterity and Manual DexterityStrong Computer SkillsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentAbility to read blue prints and/or work orders is a plusAbility to multi-task and process multiple orders If interested please email resumes to Mike at MMrohen@aerotek.com About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
