Overview

The Nonprofit Program Coordinator will report to the Project Director and will be responsible for overseeing the regional operation of the organization's program, this includes identifying and overcoming obstacles that would prevent program implementation. This is a direct hire position that comes with a competitive salary as well as a generous benefits package.

What You'll Be Doing

Partnering with agencies regarding the program's implementation.

Meeting with leadership to identify and overcome obstacles.

Expediting and progressing communication with staff, partners, and stakeholders.

Working directly with staff members to effectively execute program guidelines.

Working with staff members and the PCSA to make sure the program follows state welfare laws.

Working with staff members to administer family searches and community outreach.

Providing support to staff members with scheduling case consults and project documentation.

What You Need To Be Successful

A Master's degree in a Social Services field is preferred, a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience will be considered.

3-5 years of experience working in child welfare, including 2 years of program supervision.

Basic knowledge of foster care and adoption related matters.

Ability to manage work load in a constantly changing environment.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive. Ability to anticipate needs and constantly reprioritize workload.

Strong oral and written communication skills, must be personable.

Experience with case management

Experience with resource parent licensing.

Knowledge based around juvenile and family court policies, area Children's Division Offices, and Foster Care Case Management agencies in Ohio.

Ohio Child Welfare Assessor training.

Working knowledge of the Fostering Connections to Success Act, along with other Federal, State, and local child welfare statutes, guidelines, and policies.

Ability to display empathy.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience with Genopro and SACWIS is a plus!

Compensation

An annual salary of $55,000 - $60,000 depending on experience; as well as a robust benefits and PTO package.
