Job Description

A successful Help Desk Representative is able to assess, categorize, document, resolve or escalate any incidents or requests received by the Vitalyst service center.

The candidate must possess these key traits:

Practices outstanding customer service, enjoying direct interaction with the customer

Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

Consistently and accurately is able to follow detailed instructions

Easily adapts to rapid changes in requests, processes, and procedures

Remains calm and professional during difficult or stressful situations

Actively acquires new technical, business, and customer service skills

Has fluency in a foreign language (though not required)

You'll be acting as the first point-of-contact in response to customer telephone inquiries, e-mails, web tickets and voicemails concerning typical Level 1 support issues. You will maintain accurate record-keeping to document activities with the customer, ensuring proper escalation channels are used to expedite requests. At all times you will maintain a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.

Hours:

Initially 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Hours will change according to organizational and client needs, once training is completed.
