CCCS Virtual Solutions contract with prestigious Fortune 500 clients through a virtual platform. If you are motivated to train and work in a fast-pace, inbound call-center environment and enjoy interacting with customers this is for you. Background and Drug Test Required.

Call Center Agents are responsible for: Inbound Sales and Customer Service.
Assisting customers with product questions
Placing new orders
Handling existing orders: returns/ replacements
Provide store specific support
Contacting vendors for shipping information
Paid Training Requirements:
Phase I
2-4 hours Instructor led/ 2-4 hours per day self-paced
Pass all exams with an 80% or higher
Complete a daily homework (anyone not completing homework daily will be terminated)
Phase II
9 days of calls in 4-hour blocks
Learners will be briefed at the beginning of the hour, then take calls for remaining time.
One call a day is reviewed
Calls will be during regular class times
The top 5 scored calls will be averaged for a passing score.
