Leasing Consultant for Expanding Property Management Portfolio (Columbus, OH)

BORROR is presently seeking well-qualified and experienced candidates that are interested in joining our property management team as a full-time leasing consultant with weekend hours at our newest leasing office downtown.

The Short North and downtown is a rapidly growing area, and we are growing with it! We have five downtown properties currently leasing, and at least three more projects in the pipeline. This fast-paced environment requires the ability to multitask and work with prospects and residents.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing lease documents

Showing apartments

Assisting with marking initiatives

Interacting with prospective and current residents

Organizing resident events

Qualifying applicants

Generating and handling traffic

Qualifications:

Experience working in a multifamily community with at least 100+ units

Sales and/or marketing experience

Outstanding communication and customer service skills

Computer proficiency - experience with Yardi software a plus

College degree (or in pursuit of college degree) required

Ability to multi-task and work in a busy office environment
