To be successful in this position, the Leasing Consultant will possess a dynamic personality and amazing customer service skills, as well as have the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with residents, co-workers and vendors. Leasing, sales, or customer service experience is required. The Leasing Consultant needs to be proficient on the computer and be skillful with social media. A positive attitude and desire to be a success is a MUST!
As a Leasing Consultant, your role will be to complete all activities necessary to lease our apartments and retain our residents, included by not limited to:
Achieve and maintain leasing and occupancy goals
Market the property through outreach, social media and advertising
Meet with potential tenants to identify their housing needs, provide property and unit tours, and close the sale.
Prepare all paperwork necessary for leasing the unit.
Facilitate move-ins and move-outs
Encourage resident retention through exemplary customer service, property events and constant communication.
Accurately collect and process rent.
Process and follow up with work orders.
Complete various administrative tasks.
