The Sales Support Associate will handle many responsibilities and requires the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately, efficiently and with minimal supervision. The position requires organization, flexible scheduling, and the ability to prioritize the following list of job duties:
Our Sales Support staff books reservations answers phones, and responds to email, text and chat correspondences with our clients, organizes documents, provides support to our Nationwide Rental Staff, responds to client service concerns on rental policies and billing, responds to service/repair/breakdown situations and guides the client through our rental process from booking through billing. Candidates with experience and knowledge of the touring music business are highly encouraged to apply as well as those with rental and automotive experience.
Requirements:
MS Office/Google docs/Excellent phone etiquette/Excellent communication and interpersonal skills/Problem solving
Helpful:
Knowledge/experience in the touring music business, geography, automotive mechanical interest/knowledge.
