Successful NYC based company that has been around for 10+ years is now seeking full time customer service representatives for full time work at our new office in Columbus. Responsibilities & Duties: As a Customer Service Representative here at our company, you are responsible for processing applications, answering any questions our customers may have, verifying important information with the customer. Use verbal communication to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems.
Hours of operation: Full Time Monday through Saturday. Monday-Friday 8-5 pm Saturday 10-5pm
Pay: Salary plus company Bonuses. Pay raises are offered after promotion. Salary is discussed in the initial interview with the HR Director.
We need someone that is able to start next Thursday.
Requirements: No prior experience needed. You MUST be responsible, professional, detail oriented, punctual and possess a welcoming attitude. Management experience is a plus; these are the skilled requirements to be qualified.

Office is located Downtown OH Area. Accessible to major transportation systems.
