Looking for a few younger energetic and hardworking individuals to add to the team. If College wasn't for you, or you didn't feel like going 100K into debt this is a good alternative. I wasted years of my life working factory jobs and serving tables, but anyone can do that. In fact your boss can't wait to replace you with a robot.
I would take a few smart, driven and hard-working individuals and teach them everything I know in the trades. I will also pay you anywhere from 15-22hr. If applied correctly that knowledge will increase your value anywhere you go and eventually the hope, is it you can take on your own projects with your own tools and be able to make 200-400k a year.
Now, what is to be expected of you? To show up every day, be hard working and mindful of what your doing. Stay off your phone and to focused on work while you're here. Pretty easy and basic right?
What trade? We do a lot. With a large focus on painting and trim. We install or repair almost anything that can be painted including trim, woodwork, doors, flooring and alot more. Basically everything with residential construction excluding specialty trades like electrical or plumbing.
