We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Human Resources Specialist (8:00am-5:00pm, M-F) at our Springboro, OH location. If you have a passion for excellence and would like to join a thriving company then we'd like to talk to you.

Minimum requirements include:

An Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in Business Administration; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as is computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheet software.

Things you might do as HR Specialist:

Plan and execute company events.

Chair the FUN committee! Participate in the Community Action and Wellness committees.

Find, hire, and onboard great people (like you!).

Run incentive and recognition programs such as Hardy Heroes and birthdays.

Participate in the development and execution of HR strategies.
