Our company is rapidly growing and we need great team members to make it happen! Full-time positions with retention plans available on 1st and 2nd weekend shifts.
Schedules
1st Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm with optional overtime available during the week + 11.11% shift differential
2nd Shift: Friday - Sunday 5:30 pm - 6:00 am with optional overtime available during the week + 21.11% shift differential
The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following and possess the following
-Use of the punch, die, and rivet press to form fasteners on to aerospace parts.
-Select and identify the proper materials, including rivet selection, needed to assemble components.
-May perform some trouble-shooting and rework of production items.
-Ability to multi-task
-Good work ethic
-Self-starter
-Willing to learn
-Good attendance
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Small part assembly experienced preferred
Position Demands
-Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds on a daily basis
-Able to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, etc
-Able to successfully pass vision screens
-Able to sit for prolonged periods
-Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects.
