Position Overview:
Publicity For Good is in search of a master manager to run daily operations at our new Springfield office. This position will be responsible for every task being tracked and completed. Working directly with and for our CEO Heather DeSantis this individual will need to be able to take charge when Heather is not on site. The Office Manager is a vital position that oversees Daily communications via phone and email to ensure that customer service goals are met or exceeded
You will be expected to conduct yourself in a professional, positive and welcoming manner, always presenting a high level of integrity, pride, and enthusiasm. Maturity, responsibility, reliability, and long-term intentions are required. Great work ethic, strong initiative, driven with a professional appearance round it all out.
Key Responsibilities:
Run Springfield office and develop team environment
Cultivate and maintain good relations with customers, strategic partners, vendors, contractors, and PFG personnel
Support CEO, alongside executive assistant, and assist Staff as needed
Must possess excellent attention to detail, very strong organizational skills including the use of written procedures, checklists, calendars and reminders, and ability to maintain timely follow-up on projects, issues
Strong communication both written and verbal
Critical thinking skills
Manage and track supplies/ stock/ inventory
Reliable transportation
Make sure office is clean and organized daily and well maintained
Maintain and Process mail, packages, faxes, etc.
Assist with company errands as needed
Maintain and distribute directory of contacts
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in related field a plus
2-3 years experience office environment as a receptionist, office manager, executive assistant
Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Marketing & PR Experience A Plus
Software and Technology:
Google Suite
Apple IOS
Cision PR Software a plus
Trello a plus
