Job Type:
Full-time long term (This is not for a project specific requirement)
Job Requirements:
Read and understand blueprints
Capable of material take-offs from blueprints
Comprehensive knowledge of construction schedules, attend job meetings with ability to plan ahead and coordinate with other trades
5-years commercial/industrial experience
High school or equivalent
Valid driver's license
History of proven work and reliability with verifiable references
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Hand tools, work boots, high visibility vest
