Our incentive bonus wage for new employees typically ranges from $9.50 to $10.85 and above, while wages increase with more service time.
Experience with manufacturing or factory work is a plus. The best candidates are able to work in a fast paced, team setting, and employees who fit our culture and have a strong work ethic will have opportunities for advancement within our company into quality, setup / maintenance, materials, and team leadership.
Hours, Monday through Friday are: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and 3rd Shift: 11:00PM to 7:00 AM. There are opportunities for OT on Saturdays as needed. We are looking for employees on all shifts! We also have opportunities for material handlers, setup and maintenance personnel, and automation technicians.
