Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant. As an HR Assistant, you will be involved in a wide range of HR functions, from maintaining employee training records to assisting with recruitment activities and event planning.Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates
Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with onboarding processes
Process paperwork related to employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters
Assist with employee relations initiatives and activities
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing files
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations
Requirements
