Hello Friend,
I am a property manager who needs someone on a "once or twice a week basis" to help with HOUSE CLEANING tasks for a in 4 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation house in Sandusky, Ohio. (Note- This is not a dirty or filthy house and is usually very well kept). Also, there will be additional work opportunities to clean a small attached 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment as well. Sometimes both properties will need to be cleaned on the same day so if you have a cleaning partner with you that will be a plus!
The work will need to be completed mostly on weekdays, usually Friday's or Monday's, between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:30 pm. (Note- This time frame is very strict). There may be some weekend work scheduled too.
Personal Requirements To Be Considered:
Must have your own reliable transportation.
Must live locally in the Sandusky area.
Must have verifiable cleaning experience with references.
Must speak fluent English.
Must be hardworking and very reliable and arrives on time. Hotel Cleaning Experience is Good!
Must have a checking account so that payment can be made immediately by direct deposit into
your account or payment by check.
Must be able to clear a criminal, theft, drug, and sex offender background check.
Must have a camera phone to text Before and After Pictures.

Insured is a Plus!
You will not be an Employee, but instead a hired Independent Contractor.
Cleaning Duties Include:
Vacuum carpets (sprinkle carpet fresh)
Meticulous cleaning of toilets, tub and shower stalls.
Meticulous cleaning of refrigerator, oven, stove top and microwave
Sponge mop & wax floors (vinyl flooring)
Use dishwasher and put away dishes
Use air freshener spray throughout
Empty trash cans, however, usually all trash will be bagged and set outside before you arrive
Damp cloth dusting of furniture and decorations.
Wipe clean counter tops and cabinet drawers and dust cabinet doors to remove finger prints
Use washer & dryer to clean bed linens, towels and wash cloths as needed.
Fold and put away linens and make fresh beds. ( 1-4 beds) and occasionally some sleeper sofas.
Sweeping outdoor patio and occasionally cleaning BBQ grills and outdoor fireplace
