Looking for hardworking, knowledgeable Maintenance workers with the below qualifications:
-Ability to operate a tractor
-Experience with various types of power tools/equipment
-Is comfortable with hooking up/driving a vehicle with a trailer
-Experience with general carpentry, painting, plumbing
-Comfortable working in all weather conditions
-Knows how to operate a lawnmower, brush hog, manure spreader
-Would be responsible for maintaining grounds, buildings and equipment
-Experience and knowledge about Golf Cart maintenance
-Experience mending fences
-Generally a resourceful person, willing to learn
