Job Description and Responsibilities :
The Operations/ General Manager is responsible for all day to day activities on job sites and office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Schedule and dispatch field technicians in coordination with Project Construction and Maintenance requirements
Manage field technician production to maintain project schedule and budget
Provide technical training and support and resolve field issues
Assure that self-perform field technicians are outfitted with all necessary tools and equipment to meet project needs.
Conduct safety meetings with field personnel
Perform site inspections to assure technical and safety compliance
Monitor work and manage self-perform technicians' daily time and attendance
Review and approve technician time sheets on a weekly basis
Coordinate manpower requirements with Project Management
Coordinate truck and equipment repairs.
Coordinate material ordering.
Assist in developing policies and procedures for department training
Handle all matters in a professional, thorough and confidential manner
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with employees, clients and vendors
