Crossroads Pizza is looking for a Restaurant Manager/Shift Supervisor who will work closely with the company owner and other managers to build and supervise a team that achieves our company goals of customer satisfaction in our growing company.
Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling and staff, general operations, opening/closing procedures, as well as leading the crew during normal operating hours.
This is a full time position with mornings and some evenings.
Job requirements:
Restaurant experience preferred but not a must.
Customer service experience a plus.
Honest and hard working.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self Motivated.
Over 18 and out of high school.
We will fully train the right person.

Crossroads Pizza in Hopedale Ohio is currently looking to hire two part time delivery drivers. The position requires delivery and food prep inside, working along side the general staff.
Requirements:
Must be available nights and weekends.
Must have reliable transportation and insurance.
Must be dependable and hardworking.
