Job Description
Universal Concrete Grinding offers concrete repair and maintenance services to commercial and institutional clients. We are looking to expand our growing business with additional sales staff that are enthusiastic, hard-working, and have a desire to learn. We believe in providing robust training and coaching to ensure our teams success.
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator will be to assist senior sales staff in the marketing and selling of our services. We hope to keep anyone that joins our team and as they can grow into more challenging roles so will their contribution to the company and personal compensation.
Essential Functions
Train with other sales staff
Contact decision makers via email
Meet regular performance benchmarks related to sales, prospecting, etc.
Review work orders for accuracy and completeness
Ensure accurate record-keeping via the company CRM
Understand and follow written and oral instructions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Prepare written reports
Help to maintain a safe and clean office setting
Required Skills
Interest in a career in Sales/Marketing
Desire to acquire and develop new skills, including not only sales tactics but software tools like CRMs
Comfort and familiarity with web applications like Google Apps and Office 365 on both desktop and mobile devices
Comfort with a paperless office
Ability to read, write, type, and communicate clearly
Demonstrated punctuality and record of attendance
