Self-starter with a passion for food and baking wanted for Pine Lakes Lodge Bed and Breakfast.
Over see daily country breakfast serving between 7am - 10:30 am while engaging with guests based on their level of need. Food service experience and food safety/sanitation knowledge preferred, but willing to train the right person.
Responsible for preparation of bakery items and fruit courses, and assembly of country breakfast entrees.
Set menu and ability to incorporate creative specials. Fast paced at times.
More hours can be discussed with the right candidate.
Hospitality at an upper level to accommodate our demographic of guests.
