Requirements include knowledge of the following:
Basic drywall
Make Ready Skills
Basic Plumbing
Carpentry
Basic electrical
Flexible schedule to include rotation of emergency on-call phone
Experience in Housing industry is preferred
Must have own basic tools, valid drivers license and transportation.
