Position Overview
Operate a forklift to move pallets of products and raw materials around the warehouse. Duties include stocking merchandise from backstock, loading/unloading products from trucks by hand, use of manual equipment such as a hand truck or pallet jack or using a forklift, and assisting with reconciling packing lists to orders received.
Essential Job Functions
Routing products to designated bin locations via forklift, hand truck, or pallet jack
Loading pallets and products into container(s)
Unload container trucks and place items into designated bin locations
Stocking merchandise from backstock
Operate hand or power trucks when necessary for performing warehousing duties
Palletize product according to item/size/color
Assist in performing cycle counts
Perform regular maintenance on equipment and inspect to determine the need for repairs
Non-Essential Job Functions
Physical Inventory
Scanning in and putting away items returned from tradeshows and events
Assist in packing as needed
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year recent experience operating a forklift
Current certification to operate forklifts
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to stand for long periods and walk for long distances
