TEST MOLDER: $13+ HR.

1ST SHIFT: 5:00AM-5:30PM $13+ Hr.

2ND SHIFT 5:00PM-5:00AM $13+ hr. with $1.00 Night Differential.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Test molds to ensure proper operation and to establish production procedures to maximize production, minimize waste and ensure quality parts are produced. Collect materials/parts and walk through test process. Fill out test forms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Checks new, revised and reworked tooling for proper and safe operation.

Through trial and error, fine tunesĀ the production specifications for producing the parts when given weight, press tonnage, etc.

Writes production procedures.

Assists production molders with productivity and troubleshooting issues.

Prepares stock for use in test molding; make preforms, sandblast and paint.

Completes daily labor tickets.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Good critical thinking skills

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 years molding experience

High School diploma or equivalent

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic mathematical skills

Must be able to follow written instructions

Knowledge of weights and measures conversions

Familiar with hand tools such as snips, knives, scissors, etc.

Reading comprehension skills

MANUFACTURING LEAD PERSON: $18.63 Hr.

1st shift 5:00am-5:00pm $18.63+ Hr.

2nd shift 5:00pm-5:00am with $1.00 Night Shift Differential

Prepares and operates molding press to process/produce a high quality product. Ensures production continuity of press lines. Troubleshoots equipment and processes as need arises. Assists operators with documentation and processes. Ensures molding records reflect accuracy of the days production. Fills in for Molding Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sets up press-checking tonnage, cure time, temperature, speed control etc.

Retrieves preforms/extrusions/inserts for job as needed.

Makes sure paperwork is filled out correctly.

Approves time in Mercury (Kronos).

Has an understanding of the molding processes at all skill levels.

Understands how to operate press according to job specifications.

Insures MIPs are being followed.

Inspects parts for flaws.

Helps troubleshoot molding of rejected parts.

Records time and work on labor ticket each day.

Checks production records for job completion and upcoming assignments.

Communicates with support departments as necessitated by production needs.

Assigns presses as necessary.

Assists employees as needed.

Communicates all production/press related information to next shift lead or shift Supervisor.

Understands LEAN concepts, such as: TAKT, time, capacity measures, etc.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fills in for supervisor when needed

Assists with mold installation as needed

Assists with material handling between departments as needed

Facilitates the training of press operators at all levels

Moves molding materials from the staging area to the pressline

Able to relieve and fill-in during lunch breaks and operate press

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of one year related experience

General experience in a production environment filling a supervisory role

Ability to multi-task

Problem solving/decision making skills

Ability to prioritize

Conversion of weights and measures

POSITION SUMMARY:

To maintain or repair equipment and facilities including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic machinery to keep production running. Perform preventative maintenance. Assist Level III Maintenance when needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diagnose basic problems of inoperative equipment or faulty conditions.

Repair or recommend repair of equipment with faulty properties.

Read basic blueprints and equipment manuals.

Do metal fabrication.

Perform preventative maintenance as required.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Two (2) years general maintenance experience. Extensive experience preferred.

Understanding of basic processes of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, construction, remodel, fabrication and electrical theory

Provide standard hand tools used in performance of job function

POSITION SUMMARY:

Programs and sets-up CNC Lathes and Milling Machines. Able to generate code and programs for CNC machines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Able to use solid models or drawings to create code for machines.

Programs and sets up CNC machines to manufacture parts per drawings or instructions.

Coordinates 1st article inspections on all parts.

Performs time studies to find most efficient method of producing products.

Ensures correct tooling for the job is being utilized.

Assists Supervisor in overseeing production operations and scheduling.

Helps advance skills of lower level CNC machinists.

Assigns work to others and becomes responsible for that work.

Meets all production quotas.

Spends time on the floor. Operates machines as needed.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interfaces with Engineering as required

Utilizes Cam programming software

Visualizes and studies blueprints

Utilizes critical thinking skills

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree or formal training/certification in programming and operating CNC machines

Installs, Fabricates, and repairs Hydraulic, Electrical, and Pneumatic Machines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining Hydraulic Presses to insure they are safe and functioning correctly.

Troubleshooting Electrical, Hydraulic issues while coming up with a corrective action or repair.

Steel fabrication using a welder, Mill, and Lathe as needed.

Be able to work independently or in a team environment while following instructions.

Completes all necessary paperwork related to job.

Follow all LOTO and safety Policies.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists all Maintenance personnel when needed

Maintains a clean and safe work area

Operating a forklift, boom lift, and crane as needed

Proper rigging of all machinery or parts as needed.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 5 years experience as a high-level maintenance technician with a manufacturing company.

The ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.

PLC knowledge on a trouble shooting level preferred

Must be proficient in repairing hydraulic and electrical issues.

Good verbal and written communicational skills.

Familiar with three phase 480-volt electrical circuits.
