Who you are… You have the ability to work a varied schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as business needs dictateYou have stellar organizational skills, problem solving, flexibility, detail orientation and follow-through skillsYou display exemplary communication and listening skills and have excellent interpersonal abilities You have multi-year restaurant or related experience in a supervisory or management capacityYou are energetic, inspiring and adventurous and love to have fun while working in a fast-paced environmentYou have excellent computer proficiency, MS Office products & POS systems and administrative/operational prowess You have a professional appearance and pleasant demeanor, and a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guestsYou have solid knowledge of basic finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control procedures, purchasing, inventory, and recordkeeping requirementsYou offer a demonstrated ability to work well independently, and in a task-oriented, team environment, developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others What you’ll do… Ensure proper cash management controls are followedEnsure kitchen, restaurant and bar operations are opened and closedProvide effective daily communication between front-of-house and back-of-house about menu, issues, changes, and specialsManage monthly/weekly/daily inventory, order all liquor and beverages according to budgetOversee inventory control and maintain/establish relationships with suppliersEnsure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.Maintain beverage, liquor, and beer numbers, per budgetOversee recruitment efforts and manage retentionEnsure compliance with operational standards and adhere to all government guidelines for proper and safe food and beverage serviceSet and maintain cleanliness standards: clean chairs, tables, bars and service areas daily Extra Perks!
