Vacation House Attendants are responsible for delivering four star cleaning service to our vacation rentals and providing phenomenal and efficient service to all guests.
General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide four-star service while cleaning in assigned vacation rental areas
Dusting, vacuuming, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, mopping etcetera
Replenish guest rooms with needed amenities and linens
Participate in a team environment and treat others with kindness and respect
Act with responsibility toward all company property, supplies and equipment
Perform other related tasks as requested by supervisor
Experience / Education / Certification Requirements:
Hotel and/or resort housekeeping experience is preferred.
Strong customer service skills required.
Must have attention to detail.
Competencies:
Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
Must always ensure a teamwork environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements:
Ability to kneel, stoop, grasp, lift, push and pull weights up to 50 lbs (Housekeeping carts)
Ability to physically withstand 8 hours of athletic activity
Must be able to work indoors or outside.
Working Conditions:
Generally an indoor setting but work is divided between multiple buildings/homes which will involve occasional outdoor exposure.
Varying schedules to include evenings, holidays, weekends and extended hours as business dictates.
